Practice on Spin Mode!
I skipped my 30 Day Shred today. I got in an hour on the pole & also did 20 minutes of Jillian Michaels “Banish Fat Boost Metabolism” video…WHEW! I need that cardio! Good stuff. I’ll pick up 30 Day Shred again tomorrow.
Here are a few clips from my pole practice today. My house was cold today and my pole refused to warm up. Not fun. Cold pole & no grip. Argh! So I put it on spin mode and played some… Love that I can do a lot more with spin combos on spinny! But man, my shoulders are SORE! Haha.
