Adjusting to New!
So, we’ve moved in with my husband’s grandmother while saving up and searching for a home to buy! Needless to say, his gma would probably flip out if I mounted a pole in her house… It’s KILLING me to not pole dance regularly! I miss doing all my tricks and twirls and spins!
Soooo I’ve REALLY bumped up my pilates and cardio every day. For pilates, I mainly do 3-6 of Cassey’s BLOGILATES videos on YouTube daily. For cardio, I do my own mix of HIIT for 10-30 minutes each day. Also, I’ve been VERY consistent with vitamins, minerals & phytoneutrients daily. I’m feeling great lately!
I’ve also been focusing on my home-based business with ItWorks! I’ve used many of the supplements and skin care products (body wraps, stretch mark cream, moisturizers, etc), and they are AWESOME! It has been going well so far and I can’t wait to see where it goes!
Not much to update other than that…and that I REALLY miss my pole! 😉
