Great CORE workout!
Go through this vid as many times as you can handle for a great core workout. (Be sure you have proper form. Get in front of a mirror if you need to–pilates without proper form is close to pointless!)

As with ANY pilates workouts, you can modify to make the exercises easier or harder…go for as much as you can handle! Soreness is normal…joint pain is not! (Limping from sore calves from the first 4 days of Jillian Michaels “30 Day shred”, anyone??) Your body will adapt to sore muscles with consistency… but please, don’t cause yourself any other pain 🙂
