My Pilates Routine Today (Triceps & Abs)

Here is another example of a pilates workout. This one is shorter today. I always do an abs video when I do pilates, since I’m a mama to 2, my tummy is my focus!

  • Warmup with light cardio (jogging in place, dynamic stretching, etc). (3-ish min)
  • POP Pilates “Abominable Abdominals” (15 min)
  • Jump rope 2.5 min
  • POP Pilates “Tricep Toner” (10 min)
  • Jump rope 2.5 min
I’m doing more cardio tonight, and maybe some push ups (POP Pilates style, of course!) with this push up video “Push Up Challenge”.
